Watermelon ice bar - Kabaya

Watermelon ice bar – Kabaya

Choco kakechatta Suika Bar –

My summer watermelon obsession !!! This ice cream bar is classic in Japan. The novelty is the association with chocolate: the seeds and the bar covered with chocolate.

Chocolate and watermelon ????

Play on words… Suika= watermelon Bar= bar Kaba = Hippopotame. 🙂

A review of a great japanese beatboxer who finds the watermelon sorbet silky and that the chocolate seeds stay longer on the palate but it’s overall gooood!
