Chivuo’s is THE Best burger restaurant (there are 3 shops !!!) in Barcelona and one of the BEST I ever ate !!!

The bun is fresh, with this perfect consistency and taste.

Three types of fries: normal, patatas bravas and Chivuo’s fries, with melted cheese and crispy bacon.

Le bun est frais, avec une consistance et un goût parfait.

They also have BBQ pulled pork (photo), tuna, chicken and a Philly cheese steak.

I did not personnaly test this burger but we met the CEO, Pedro Herreros Orozco, in Barcelona.

He is not only an epicurian but also a coffee expert (Cataluña’s Aeropress bronze champion) but also very friendly.

Je n’ai pas testé ce burger mais nous avons rencontré le fondateur, Pedro Herreros Orozco, à Barcelone.
Pas seulement gourmet mais aussi expert en café (3ème du championnat d’Aeropress de Catalogne) et très amical.

Xurreria is Churreria in Catalan. The shop is small and crowded but it really worth waiting !!!

I never had the desire to eat churros.
Especially after a big breakfast, lunch and two coffee shops testing… #foodiehardlife

So when I have to taste the best churros in town… I don’t exactly feel in appetite….

One bite later, OHHHH magic ! My appetite came back !

Why are there so many Korean displays (and clients) ? Xurreria featured on Korean TV !

The original ones (with sugar) are totally addictive !!! Fresh, perfectly fried, crispy with a soft heart and surprizingly aerial !

1,20€ the unit ?… Nooo! Incredible ! 1,20€ for 100g (approximately 5 sticks !!!)

Les natures au sucre (la version originale) sont totalement addictifs!
Frais, friture parfaite, croustillants, moelleux et d’un aérien surprenant!
1,20 € le churros ? Non ! Incroyable ! … 1,20€ les 100 g (environs 5 !!!)

There are also other flavours. White, dark chocolate, a giant ones filled with dulce con leche or nutella (2€) !
