The nama caramels are made with 100% natural products : raw milk and cream, sugar, honey, butter and the ingredient of the flavor.

Collection 2013: Douze tasting box, bags, boxes…

Nama caramel are fresh like dairy products or pastries. They are very creamy and melt in the mouth while the flavor envelope our palate. Exquisite.

Some flavors plays on texture. The caramel brulé like French crème brulée, has a thin crispy caramel layer on the top.

The packaging reminds the French camembert cheese box. In Japan, we also use a similar shaped bentō box made in red cedar hinoki which has natural antiseptic properties to transport or preserve food.

    Hi
I was there too and loved the caramels. Do you know how to contact Mukaiyama? I wrote something about the fair in Paris and really liked your article.
