Bravo si vous avez répondu: Pain Infiniment Café ou Pain au café ! Car pour ma part, j’ai eu ce joli réflexe Pavlovien “Pain au chocolat au café” 🙂 ! On réalise que sa forme si régressive nous conditionne à cette appellation…
Le pain au café est glacé et saupoudré de pépites de nougatine. A cœur, on savoure deux barrettes… non pas de chocolat, mais… de pâte d’amande au café Iapar!

I had this Pavlovian conditioning to call it “Pain au chocolat with coffee” 🙂 ! We are so used to call this childhood shape “pain au chocolat”. The pain au café is iced and powdered with nougatine chips. In the heart, we savor two sticks… not of chocolate, but… of Iapar coffee almond paste.
