I love the sparkling apple drink without alcohol, with fine and elegant bubbles.

A real delight and a nice alternative to champagne or cider, for small natures like me, turning scarlet red with alcohol vapors only.

Unfiltered pure juices are also very good.
For different occasions and atmospheres, there are two types of containers: “Terroir” and “Prestige”.

New creations: jams, jellies and apple caramel created by Stéphan Perrotte (2015 Jam World Champion).
The jams are so generous in fruits (and less in sugar, bravo!), that they can not be called “jams”, hence the appellation “Apple – Pure fruits”.

Un coup de cœur pour le pétillant pomme sans alcool, aux bulles fines et élégantes.
Un vrai délice et une jolie alternative au champagne ou au cidre, pour les petites natures qui deviennent rouge écarlate au moindre degré d’alcool.
Les jus non filtrés, sans sucres ajoutés, sont également très bons.
Pour des occasions et des atmosphères différentes, il existe deux types de contenant: “Terroir” et “Prestige”.
Nouvelles créations: des confitures, gelées et caramel de pomme artisanaux, crées par Stéphan Perrotte (champion du monde de confiture 2015).
Des confitures si généreuses en fruits (et moins en sucre, bravo!) qu’elles ne peuvent se nommer confiture, d’où appellation “Pomme – Pur fruits”.

Two Stories’s first floor is Poy Boy, a New Orleans style coffee shop-bistro.

Po Boy (poor boy), a nod to the traditional sandwich from Louisiana.

The desserts… Well, Rachel Moeller (Rachel’s Cake! The mythical american pastries of Parisian specialty coffees shops)

For the sweets … It is Rachel Moeller !!!
Yes Rachel’s Cake ! The mythical American pastries of the Paris specialty coffee shops. We thus find its classics but also pies with pecan.

Au rez-de chaussée, Po Boy, un coffee shop avec des plats aux accents cadiens: poulet frit, nachitotches (tourtes à la viande), jambalaya, haricots rouges…
Po Boy (“poor boy” pauvre garçon) est un clin d’œil à un sandwich typique de la Louisiane.
Une viande rôti ou des fruits de mer frits sont servies dans un “French bread”.
Pour les douceurs… Il s’agit de Rachel Moeller !!! Ouiii Rachel’s Cake ! Les mythiques pâtisseries américaines des speciality coffee shops parisiens.

He is not only an epicurian but also a coffee expert (Cataluña’s Aeropress bronze champion) but also very friendly.

Je n’ai pas testé ce burger mais nous avons rencontré le fondateur, Pedro Herreros Orozco, à Barcelone.
Pas seulement gourmet mais aussi expert en café (3ème du championnat d’Aeropress de Catalogne) et très amical.

Xurreria is Churreria in Catalan. The shop is small and crowded but it really worth waiting !!!

Frais, friture parfaite, croustillants, moelleux et d’un aérien surprenant!

There are also other flavours. White, dark chocolate, a giant ones filled with dulce con leche or nutella (2€) !

Pink Mamma | BBQ

Pink Mamma makes us taste la bistecca alla fiorentina, a Florentine Steak.
A thick prime rib (T-bone steak), beef tenderloinsand and it’s bone), cooked on the grill.

Pink Mamma nous fait découvrir la bistecca alla fiorentina, une spécialité Toscane.
Une épaisse côte de bœuf (T-bone steak), son filet et faux-filet avec et son os, cuite au grill.

A wood BBQ (Cherrywood and quebracho) for unique flavours.

The recipe is from Tuscany but the beef is French and corn fed. The meat matured at 45 days to develop the flavours and from their own meat production.

The beef is raised 100% for Pink Mamma (hormone-free, corn fed) by a French breeder. In this way they can control quality and price. (from 15€)

Un vrai barbecue au feu de bois (cerisier et quebracho) pour des saveurs uniques.
La recette est toscane mais le boeuf est français et nourri au maïs. La viande est maturée au moins 30 jours et issue de sa propre filière.
Les vaches sont donc élevées à 100% pour Pink Mamma, par un éleveur français. Ce qui permet de contrôler la qualité et les coûts.
